Buying a dated e-ticket saves you time. Simply buy your ticket online for the exact date you wish to visit the thermal bath. You will receive your dated e-ticket by e-mail.

Information about the Thermal Spa:
The Thermal Spa is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm
(except on 24.12. from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm / 31.12. from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm / 01.01. from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm).
Last entry at 8:45 pm, pools close 30 minutes before closing time.

Reduced price valid for:
Guest card (Gästekarte), students and pupils, disability of 50% or more.

Important information regarding the use of reduced-price e-tickets on-site:
Reduced-rate e-tickets can only be validated upon presentation of proof at the TICKET DESK. It is not possible to validate them at the automatic kiosk.
Please be aware that during busy periods, particularly over the Christmas holidays, admission to the thermal baths may be temporarily suspended if visitor numbers reach capacity. This means that guests may have to wait before being allowed to enter, even if they have a valid e-ticket.
We recommend checking the current occupancy before your visit.

Important information about the validity of dated e-tickets:
- The dated ticket is only valid on the chosen date.
- The dated ticket is only valid for the service indicated.
- The dated ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The dated ticket expires if not used on the date indicated.
