Buying a dated e-ticket guarantees you access and saves you time. Simply buy your ticket online for the exact date you wish to visit the thermal bath. You will receive your dated e-ticket by e-mail.

Information about the Thermal Spa:
The Thermal Spa is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm
(except on 24.12. from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm / 31.12. from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm / 01.01. from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm).
Last entry at 8:45 pm, pools close 30 minutes before closing time.

Important information regarding the use of family e-tickets on-site:
Family e-tickets can be validated upon presentation of proof of childrens age at CHECKOUT 3 and this is WITHOUT WAITING. It is not possible to validate them at the automatic kiosk.

Important information about the validity of dated e-tickets:
- The dated ticket is only valid on the chosen date.
- The dated ticket is only valid for the service indicated.
- The dated ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The dated ticket expires if not used on the date indicated.
