Buying a dated e-ticket saves you time. Simply buy your e-ticket online for the exact date you wish to visit the thermal bath. You will receive your dated e-ticket by e-mail and you only need to scan it at the automatic terminal (on the left after the 2nd glass door) to obtain your transponder wristband. It is also possible to have your e-ticket scanned at the cash desk.

The Sauna Paradise is open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 10 pm.
It is a textile-free area. Admission is possible from 16 years old.
Ladies day every Wednesday (except public holidays) from 9 am to 1 pm.
Family day (no age restrictions) every Saturday and on national holidays: 14 July (France), 1 August (Switzerland) and 3 October (Germany).

Important information regarding the use of e-tickets on-site:
Scan your e-ticket at the automatic terminal (on the left after the 1st glass door) to obtain your transponder wristband. Your e-tickets can also be validated at the TICKET DESK.
Please be aware that during busy periods, particularly over the Christmas holidays, admission to the thermal baths may be temporarily suspended if visitor numbers reach capacity. This means that guests may have to wait before being allowed to enter, even if they have a valid e-ticket.
We recommend checking the current occupancy before your visit.

- The ticket is only valid on the chosen date.
- The ticket is only valid for the service indicated.
- The ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The ticket expires if not used on the date indicated.
